In photography how do you make a photogram with an enlarger with object a clean white and background jet black

Think of it this way -- anything that gets exposed to the light will turn black. So all you'd really have to do is lay your object on the photo paper, and underneath it will stay white. Your background will end up black, like you want.

Depending on the sensitivity of your paper, it only takes 8-12 secs of exposure. Too much exposure, and the light will creep under the object you have laying on there.
