Golf carts in the Philippines ?
Do people drive around on golf carts in the Philippines like they do in the USA ?
In the usa these are called Neighbourhood electric vehicles and I would
like to know it there is any interest in the Philippines since they cause no pollution and
they can run on solar power and they are very safe and do not travel too fast and also
because there is 4 wheel drive very good on rough roads.

No we don't. Haven't seen anyone drive it in our Alabang neighborhood.
Only in golf courses.
I have a neighbor in John Hay, Baguio City, who moves around in a golf cart though. In our Baguio neighborhood where a golf course is just in the same neighborhood, it doesn't look awkward.
