How can I convince my wife I need new golf clubs?
I have had the same clubs now for two years and at first they were great but now I am not doing so good with them. I assume cause they are old ya know. I am a semi pro golfer and I keep telling her that if she wants me to make the next step to making it to the PGA tour I will need new clubs. Well everytime I mention it she gets all mad and tells me to get a real job and then I can buy new clubs. I already make 20K a year golfing and most of that goes towards green fees, cart storage and all the other necessities in life when you are a semi pro golfer. Well she keeps going on and on about how we can't afford it and stuff even though she works 2 jobs and makes plenty of money to spend $1000 bucks on some clubs for me. I tell her that it is an investment since with new clubs I will be able to make it to the PGA. Once I get to the PGA I will be able to replace that 1000 bucks no prob.
It's always easier to ask for forgiveness than permission!
