Are these valid reasons for being~~?
Fired? I was asked to leave today by my boss she said that I was to friendly with the members and male workers. She said that she believed that I was seeking attention and acted to seductive. Yesterday one of the head bosses there left roses on my car and I went out of my way constantly to avoid him because he would always try to corner me in confined spaces and the guys who worked there I also refused rides on their golf carts. When they would try to talk to me I would wait until they were done so that I could leave. I am crying so hard because I worked so hard in AR and AP, and she had nothing to say about my work performance. Plus my boss would go into the bar and drink alcohol all day long, because I worked at a gof course and there was a bar there. I also worked with a girl that hated me from day one and told me to keep my hands on eyes off of her men (she was fat and mean and no one even liked her). What would you do, I am so sad~~!
I would go back up there and explain to her that you worked hard while you were there and though you did not ask for the men to be attracted to you they were and you always refrained from unprofessional behavior. Tell her you have not crossed any work relationship boundaries and that her reasons are not valid for sending you home. Girl it is not your fault they roses on your car!! If your actions are mistaken for flirty when you are being courteous that is there misconstrued/jealous interpretation. Stand for yourself or you will regret it in the future. You dont have to work for them if you dont want to but if you do or dont, you should try your best to defend yourself. Also if there is anyone that oversees your boss or the club you should explain the situation to them and see if they can speak up for you or override her decision.
