What Cross Country shoe should I buy?
In September I'm running another cross country season and I want a cross country shoe. Last season I just ran with my training shoe but this year, I want to run with something more high tech because I'm elite now. Some of the shoes that I was thinking about buying is the Nike Zoom Forever, Asics Gel-Dirt Dog 3, and the Saucony Shay. Do any of you guys have suggestions on what cross country shoe to buy or which of the 3 I listed is the best? Thanks!
always buy asics!!!!! trust me im kenyan and have run in many marathons!!!!!!!!!!!
