should the navy seals be prosecuted for thumping a terrorist?
no brainer to me. not only would i have hit him so hard they would have arressted him in china for speeding, but i would waterboarded him 24 hrs straight, then cut his nuggets off and had them bronzed and donated them to the smithonian.
No question, they are lucky he stopped there. Actions like this make soldiers hesitate.
Saying that, only the people that have being there, and actually done it, can pass judgment on the actions of soldiers
