What do you call or better where can I buy,the flaps of leather golf shoes covered the laces with?
I would want to call them "Spats" if I had to call them anything but quite often they are attached to the tongue of the shoe already... as in a Brogue Golf Shoe.

Where can you buy detachable ones? I bet if you went to any big store, like Golf Town they'd just try to sell you new shoes... So you may want to try ebay or hit the garage sales in your area.
