Can you change a jet black hair rinse to a medium brown?
I've been putting jet black hair rinse in my hair for 3 years. I want to dye my hair to a dark to medium brown with pretty highlights Does anyone have any suggestions on products I can use over the counter to get rid of the black hair color?
a color remover call Coloroops. you can get it at most drugstores. ive used it and it takes the jet black out and turns it to a nice reddish brown. and it doesnt do ANY damage. it smells aweful but its worth it.
