How can I remove lumps that grow below the head of penis?
6 weeks ago I discovered a small lump size a grain of rice just under the head of the penis. Apparently now it grows, extends and began circling half a head of the penis. Lumps that grow in the form of veins stretching like a worm (a little meandering) with about 2.5 cm in length and diameter of about 2mm.
If massaged a bit chewy, growing under the skin of the penis. When my penis is erect, the veins are more clearly visible. It doesnt feel anything and doestn trouble the penis functions, only its appearance is always a concern now.
I am 33 years of age, has never had sex, but masturbating 2-3 times a week. Had a history of urinary stone disease (kidney problem) and my father had diabetes.
Are these lumps dangerous diseases?
Does it something to do with diabetes?
Does it appear because the effect of masturbation?
How do I remove it?

If i was i would either see a dermatologist or a urologist about that.
