do you think tubby smith can make the MN golden gophers a competitive team in the big 10?
or will he eventually just move on
yes he can. if he can put together a couple of recruiting classes he can make it happen but it will take alittle time & patience. he's a good x's & o's coach. hecan coach great defense. at the univ of kentucky those fans put alot of pressure on him. every single game i thought tubby was going to have a heartattack. he did everything he could but those fans are nuts they wanted a champ every year. tubby is at a place w/ very low expectations & that should do him good in a weak big 10 conf.
