here's what i see:

i stand up from the sofa, at normal pace, from calm watching of television like golf or dramas, i walk few steps. and BAM! black out and dizzyness. but i try to walk while or lean against something.then at lest some seconds later, normal view.

what should i do about it?

is it because of not eating properly?
high blood pressure?

my eating:

i wake up at noon, eat at 2 then at 5 ish.

sometimes eat at 5 ish and eat urges at 8.

and drink milk evvery day.

but after one meal, i'm full.

also, tight on money.
cant see a doctor no insurance... : )
