whats wrong with my speedometer 1996 vw golf PLEASE!!!?
the speedometer goes on and off occasionally witch is making me not pass smog because the check engine is on .. i changed the ecm and still having the the same problem , whats there to do anyone please help!
Why would you change the ECM, most likely what is wrong is the the vehicle speed sensor on top of the transmission. I have replaced a few especially on manual transmission
