What can i do stop my chimney drawing so hard?
I have a free standing log burner in my living room and one in my bedroom the same. The fire in the bedroom burns twice as much wood and more fiercely. The chimneys are separate.
Would i be right in thinking that i need to adjust the height on one of the chimneys?
Normally longer chimneys create more draft.If the bedroom is on a higher level than the lounge then i dont think the problem is with the chimney.
Most stoves are fitted with an air intake flaps to control the amount of air drawn in for burning.If not then check the throat plate and any seals.
