--i suggest you choose between BEWD or REBD that you want to run in your deck because there is too many level * stars
--chaos emperor is not legal unless you play a traditional tournie
--take out victory dragon thats just for show
--if lack of cards yeah i guess you could put some of those spirit ryu, kumori dragon, blackland fire dragon, lesser dragon, as well as the dragon dwelling in the cave... but there are better dragons out there like spear dragon, hell dragon (i have this in japanese it is 2000atk 4 star altho when it attacks it dies in the end phase but can be resurrected by tributing a monster in its place...)
--get rid of summoned skull and the fusion
--if that is the luster dragon with 1900atk thats good but if its the 2400atk get rid of it
--if you choose to play REBD put in your deck a metamorphosis and king dragun fusion monster (terrible terrible if you pull this off and it is far better than lord of d

---so as i was saying... take out dragon's rage and bead if you are able to get a hand on king dragun but since you have lord of d the bead is not necessary anymore
---if you are going spellbinding id rather use nightmare wheel it has the same stopping effect plus the 500 damage per standby phase is a pain
----rating your deck at its current state i leave it with a 3 out of 10 because of the overload of 7 star up that you will have a difficult time playing that could also clog your hand
