How do i stop my knuckles from getting cut while punching a punching bag?
I bought a punching bag and 4 of my knuckles got really cut and now its way to painful to punch. I am wearing wraps and gloves. And yes i put the wraps on right. Ty in advance.
That would happen to me when I was younger.
I would put vaseline on my knuckles before putting the wraps on. It only helped a little though. Once you get used to punching the heavy bag that would stop. The skin on your knuckles will harden.
I used to see some boxers put a sponge on their knuckles before wearing the wraps. I never really tried this, so I can't guarantee you it will work. Good luck.
